The PVRC also covers Legislative District 10, which includes parts of Frederick Road (Catonsville) (exit 13 Baltimore Beltway), Edmondson Avenue (exit 14), Route 40 Baltimore National Pike (exit 15), Security Boulevard (exit 16), and goes northward and westward toward the Howard county line and Liberty Road (exit 17).

"It's fitting that the alternative to [Barack] Obama will be John McCain. He makes no grand claim to fix our souls. He doesn't think he's the one everyone has been waiting for. He's more proud of his country than himself. And his patriotism has consisted of deeds more challenging than 'speaking out on issues'."
...William Kristol as quoted in the Baltimore Examiner, February 26, 2008.
